Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: this page is a draft and has not yet been reviewed or dated for launch.
This section is a plain-English summary and requires review by a qualified solicitor before launch.
1. Purpose
Scaleify helps you find public conversations and signals that suggest someone may need the service you offer. How you use that information is your responsibility. This policy sets out what we consider reasonable use.
2. What we expect
- Contact people as a human would: relevant, specific and in reasonable volume.
- Reference what the person actually said, and make clear who you are.
- Stop contacting someone as soon as they ask you to.
- Follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply where you and the recipient are based.
3. What is not allowed
- Bulk unsolicited messaging, automated mass sending or any form of spam.
- Harassment, abuse, deception, impersonation or misleading claims.
- Collecting or attempting to collect private messages or data behind a login or paywall.
- Using Scaleify to target vulnerable people or to promote unlawful products and services.
- Reselling, exporting or redistributing Scaleify output as a data product.
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, rate limits or access controls.
4. Third-party platforms
Where Scaleify surfaces content from another platform, that platform’s own terms still apply to you. You are responsible for making sure your outreach is permitted there.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may be actioned without notice. Where we are legally required to do so, we may share information with the relevant authorities.
6. Contact
To report misuse, or if you are unsure whether something is allowed, get in touch through our contact page.
